Breakfast before departure--at BC?

We're staying at BC, but I'm realizing that although we'll have a CS left over, there really aren't many choices for breakfast. So...which resort, nearby should we go to get a breakfast in a food court? We'll have a car so what do you recommend? I don't know what's close.
