We once skipped breakfast to get to the park early - but there was nowhere to eat until 11AM!! Is that still the case??

Talking of Breakfast....my ds is crazy for Kelloggs Apple Jacks Cereal - been to the Kelloggs website and they are not on sale in the UK and nowhere to buy them on mailorder to the UK. I was wondering if someone could post me a box as a surprise christmas present (a crazy/silly present - but he really would go mad with delight ). If you would like to, let me know and I'll forward my address, and postage cost etc.

I'll send you a box! Pm me your address.
There are bakeries when you enter the parks (don't know the names), they have eggs on croissants (sp?) that you can get with bacon and cheese if you want. I think they were around $6.00 or so , I thought it was a good deal, and they were BIG. I would spilt it with my younger kids next time. There is also a character breakfast at Confisco's on the weekend, I went at 9:00.

Just a FYI - I just found a box of "Haunted Apple Jacks" and got them for my kids. They are regular with orange pumpkin faces in them - really cool!

crazyme5kids.....I've sent you a PM...... thanks for the info on the bakeries.......I just wondered...because last time we couldn't find anywhere to eat. So apart from character breakfast - no where to eat inside - is that right?

TigerLilly's Mom......they sound sooo good too. Don't know why Kelloggs isn't making them in this Country. I wrote to them when we got back from Florida, but not producing them over here.

That is a bummer :( I would really miss some things (not Apple Jacks though, LOL).

I don't think there is any place to sit except for the character meal. Sorry.

Can't say I was mad over them either!!:) But my 7 year old...when we talk about going back to the HRH - first thing he remembers are.....APPLE JACKS!!!!......:) :)

How funny! My kids remember the donuts at the HRH club level. We don't do donuts at home, so they were in heaven. As a matter of fact after dropping my son off at a B-day party a few minutes ago, I dropped by Dunkin Donuts and let my DD get a Boston Cream!

We seem to be coming back to the boards at the same time today........I love donuts too. When I worked at the Daily Telegraph Newspaper in London, there was a new dunkin donuts just opened up and whenever it was someone's birthday, they would treat everyone to them. Think that was the first time I had a "dunkin".........my favourites are still the chocolate and cinammon and apple ones! Soooo warm in england - mid-high 70's, out in the garden most of the day in between having a "Dis"!! :D :D

We are going to hit 80 today in NH - pretty great for Sept. It will be cold here soon, but at least hubby and will have one warm weekend (hopefully) at Universal! Enjoy your weather Selina!

Is NH in the US? I know you haven't put a location - but just wondered are you over there or over here?

Yes, New Hampshire is the US. It is in the Northeastern part and it gets COLD in fall and winter. But we love here. We are 30 minutes to the ocean, 30 minutes to the mountains for skiing, and right now it is about to become absolutely gorgeous because it is time for the leaves to change. They change from green to stunning shades of red, orange, and yellow before they fall off for winter. For about two weeks it is the most beautiful place in the world in my opinion. We are also about a 2 1/2 to 3 hour flight to Florida which isn't too bad ;)

Of course....New Hampshire!! I couldn't think what NH stood for. Sounds a wonderful place to live.....any nice hotels you can recommend?;)

Hotels in NH? There are not really any that are that nice. There is a great hotel in Jackson, NH called Wentworth Inn. It is has fireplaces, and we had a hot tub on our deck. It was amazing. Also, in nearby Vermont there are some great Inns. Around here there are really just Inns - we love the Universal hotels and the prices can't be beat!!

Longing to be back!! Not sure when it happened...but sometime today I went from a "Welcomed Guest" to a "DIS Veteran"!!:) Maybe I'll get a visit from the tag fairy next......;)
