Breakfast at Three Broomsticks

I'm going to IOA Sunday, Dec. 4th. We're staying on property, so we can get into WWoHP early.

Will the Three Broomsticks be open for breakfast? I've read that it's only open for guests who book the Harry Potter package, but I was wondering if they are open for anyone. I'd like to try the breakfast there, but if we can get in, we'll eat at the hotel.

it is possible to be able to do breakfast depending on the ressies already made or canceled.

I've read where some people have had luck getting in to do breakfast. I've never stayed onsite, and am plannint to next year when we go. I've also have read that if you check with the entertainment desk, they can let you know if reservations are still being accepted. You would have to pay up front. Others have had luck walking up to the attendant right outside of the 3BS and asked if they were allowed to have breakfast and were allowed in. I"m sure someone will come along and correct me if I'm wrong.
