Breakfast at POR

Please, please, please don't flame me for this! I really am not trying to get around the theme park parking fees.

We stayed onsite a few times at POR and my dad really enjoyed the CS there for breakfast. I know, he's odd. We are staying offsite this time but would still like to eat there a few times. Can we park there while we eat with it not requiring an ADR? Or do we need to park at one of the parks and take Disney transportation there? I hate to waste time going back and forth with Disney transportation but I also don't want my car towed or the embarassment of being denied as if we are trying to cheat the system. We are also planning on breakfast at Cape May one morning. Since it has quick access to Epcot, will this be an issue with parking? I'm sure many try to cheat.

POR for breakfast is fine, I would just tell the guard you are having breakfast, just make sure you don't park in the 30 min check in parking spaces just kidding

I am staying at Riverside on march 11th, ya gotta tell me what dad had for breakfast that he loves, besides the Bounty Platter

Now... Beach Club and Cape May Cafe breakfast then strolling over to epcot is kinda breaking the parking rules in Self parking but, you could Valet, and you can use valet parking for the entire day at any resort that offers valet without paying the fee again

The Bounty Platter. And grits. MUST. HAVE. GRITS. He's a Southern boy.

Plus it's a quick meal that get's us fed and to the parks quickly.

And we could never eat and just walk over to Epcot. My conscience wouldn't let me. And I'd be worried the whole time we were going to be towed.

disneyworld.com gives the hours as 6am until midnight.

If it's like the food court at POFQ, they open at 6 am for coffee/pastries/etc., but don't start the hot breakfasts until 7 am.

Another fan of the breakfast at POR. You can park at any resort when eating or shopping, or even exploring there. But, don't plan on leaving your car there for the entire day, while you go off to a park.
So, drive there, park and eat and enjoy your breakfast. Then, head back to your car and drive to whatever park you'll be at for the day.
When at BC, eating? If you are planning on heading to Epcot for the day, after eating? I would just pay to valet park the car at the BC, then leave it there for the day and walk over to Epcot. That is perfectly permissable!!! You would be paying to park anyway, so better to valet at a resort and then not have to deal with exiting crowds at the main entrance!

I just looked at our ADRs again and realized that, the morning we are planning on eating at Cape May, we are eating at Big River Grille for dinner. So I might just take advantage of valet parking. We plan on doing just the World Showcase that day so that would keep us from having to fight our way out the front entrance at the end of the day. And we would defnitely be familiar wth the path.

We plan on doing just the World Showcase that day so that would keep us from having to fight our way out the front entrance at the end of the day. And we would defnitely be familiar wth the path.

I think it's $14 or $15, plus tip.
