I checked out the menu on allearsnet.com for the breakfast and I'm not 100% sold on eating there for breakfast. My DH hates scrambled eggs and I really hate that the only thing he'd eat is the sausage and possibly the "breakfast bread" depending on what type it is. I've heard such rave reviews about this breakfast. I guess I didn't really look much at the menu before.

So what's so super about it?

I'm thinking of switching to the 1900 Park Fare breakfast instead. Thought?

Breakfast at O'Hana is a character meal with Lilo and Stitch and others. This was a must do for us when our kids were younger. We went this year (our only character meal all week), and now that the kids are older (15, 19), it just wasn't the same. Yes, they have scrambled eggs, home fries, sausage, the bread is a pineapple bread which is really good, and they serve "stitch juice", which to our knowledge, you can only get at O'Hana. The food was, and always has been, at least for us, secondary to the characters. If you are going for the food, I would recommend somewhere else. Good luck.

We loved their bkfst, but then we enjoy eggs and their sausage was VERY good. I would suggest you go to a breakfast buffet instead, where there is a bigger variety of foods.

We too have a b-fast ADR at Ohana's for the first time this trip. I was just reviewing all of our planned ADR menus and stopped short at that one. Thanks for asking the question. That helped me decide. I think we'll try the Grand Floridian cafe instead.

Here's some photos of what they serve at 'Ohana:

My opinion on the food:
The eggs = good
potatoes = not so good
biscuit = never tried both times I have eaten breakfast
Mickey waffles = can't go wrong with these
bacon/sausage = I don't eat it
fresh fruit = yum!
Stitch juice = good
pineapple bread = good

O Hanas breakfast is very good but have more selection and can get a omlet made at Boma's :thumbsup2 but if you want characters try Tusker House in AK or Hollywood and Vine in HS or 1900 Park Fare is good and has selections of other things but scrambled eggs as well. good place without character and all kind of eggs etc is Kona grill across from O Hanas in the Poly. It is a TS and you order off the menu. Or another one is Whispering Canyons in Wilderness Lodge they have order off menu or family style and they do not have characters but the servers are so funny and are some things they do with the kids. can take the boat from MK to WL. we usually just pay for this as is so cheap as to waste a TS on it

We have an ADR for Ohana in May. We are very excited. My DS6 loves Stitch so that is why I booked it. The characters are usually how I decided our character meals more than the food.

Unless your kids are dying to meet Lilo and Stitch I would eat somewhere else. Ohana breakfast just isn't that great to me. I realize others will disagree. I prefer the buffet style character breakfasts where you have lots more choices. Crystal Palace is a family favorite for us before hitting the MK rope drop. I haven't tried 1900 PF, so I can't comment on that. I plan to try it next time.

'Ohana is one of our must do breakfasts. I do not like scrambled eggs, but these are delicious! In my opinion, everything there is tasty! The juice and pineapple bread are fantastic! The character interaction is fun. It is refreshing to go to a character meal and not have to worry about timing your trip to the buffet around the characters. At 'Ohana, they bring the food to you and will replenish your food, too. We've done 1900 PF for breakfast and didn't care for it. Crystal Palace and Chef Mickey's are our other fav's for breakfast.

Thank you so much everyone for your responses (and pictures!) I knew Lilo and Stitch were there but was't sure if that's why everyone I knew raved about it. I know we can see Stitch at EPCOT and we've run into Lilo and Stitch together a few times...definitely not a MUST for us. I ended up changing our ADR to 1900 Park Fare instead. I'd rather go to a meal I know my whole family would enjoy unless there was something super special my kids would miss out on (my hubby would make that sacrifice...LOL). Plus I have only seen Alice in one out of nine trips to Disney so it will be fun to do a breakfast with her!
