Any places other than Main Street or Sleepy Hollow for a counter service breakfast?

Last xmas week (07-08)I ate at Cosmic Rays after morning EMH around 9:00am. I had egg platter with potaotes, sausage, biscuit. Very good, freshly made and hot. Now if only you could get decent coffee in the parks! Oh how I miss my Dunkin coffee!

It might only be open during holiday times, not sure, but we are going back agin this year and would definitely do it again..(fun to watch the animatronic dude).
