Breakfast at Minnie's

We have a 8:10am ADR at Minnie's when the park opens at 8am. It is a Tues. so MM, I know. Do we just go in w/ the regular line? If so, will we be late?

Actually, same thing w/ Ariels' Grotto: 10:10am ADR when the park opens at 10am.

I tried a search, but still not clear.

they told me to go to gates 1or 2 and they would let you in, I would be at the gates early..

For Minnie's, yes, go to gates 1 or 2. They are at the Downtown Disney side of the gates. I would be there by at least 7:45 to line up. They will have your name on a clipboard to check to make sure you do have reservations. We had an 8:10 reservation, and they let us in a few minutes before 8.

I'm not sure about Ariel's Grotto, but I imagine it's pretty much the same. We weren't sure where to go when we went for Minnie's and just asked a cast member that was standing around. You can always ask. I would just be there in plenty of time to line up.

OK, so if we're walking over from our hotel (Hojo's), we would walk to DTD. Where are the gates from there? Sorry, it's been 6 yrs and we only went to DTD once that trip and it was on the monorail!

Well you don't want to go all the way to DTD, just go to the regular entrance gates on the DTD side, the west side of the park. I would aim to get there before rope drop, enter at these gates where there will be a cast member and a sign. Then follow there directions down main street, and when we were there with reservations right at/before park opening, you are directed through the clothiers store where, at the last door near the photo shop, you will be greeted by another cast member who will let you out and to the restaurant.

Thanks everyone for the replies!! We will have a few days in the park before our resv. so we will look for that sign and the gates!!
