Could people who have stayed possibly describe the breakfast at HNY? It's our first time there and DH is very curious, anybody have any pictures of it?
They have the usual plus sausage, egg and bacon. They also had the option to pay to have other items like pancakes. Couldnt tell you how much though sorry.
I've put a couple of pics on the hotel thread of the hot items available. There is also the full continental buffet items, yoghurts, breads, croissants, fruit, cold meats, cheese, toast, various juices/tea/coffee, cereals, spreads etc.
I don't recall an option to pay for anything extra though - maybe i've been too busy eating to notice
I don't remember the pancake option but it was 7am most morning so I couldn't be sure. I just saw pastry and dived in anyway!
There is one thing I would do - try for brekkie in the Manhattan restaurant. Its lovely and swanky and while the food is the exact same it just feels nicer imo.
You'll love it Jemma! Hope the boys are back to full health. My chaps just over a 24 hour bug

You'll walk past the entrance to the Parkside first. Just keep on walking to the end of the corridor for the Manhattan. As Kizzabel says, the food is exactly the same, but I always feel that sitting in a booth (as you often are in the Parkside) is a bit annoying if there's lots of you trying to get up and down.

Thank you for all the replies guys, I think Steve will be happy with the options in this hotel!
Kiz, sorry your little guys have been unwell! So pleased they're on the mend, these sick bugs going around are horrible!
We thought all was going well........until Evan came home from school on friday with a fractured collar bone! Visiting A&E twice in 11 days was mortifying!

We ate breakfast there a couple of years ago, to be honest we preferred dining at the Parkside than the Manhattan which we felt more suited to breakfast.
Found it ok - not in the same league as the DLH, sorry!
