breakfast at Fresh

so i think i decided that we would try breakfast at Fresh located at the Dolphin.. do i need to make ressies or ps to eat there?

We liked it so much that we asked if we ought to have a PS to come back later in the week and the hostess said they had been packed every morning. We were unable to get a PS for later in our trip.

If you are going during a time when the parks are full I would go with a PS. If you are going on a less busy time it might work out to not have one. Hope that helps!

i just visited the site for Fresh and it looks as though you can make the ressies right on the site!! now i just have to figure out what day i want to go on!

We ate there on 12/29/03 and it was very shortly after it opened. We walked in (at 1pm and they were servinf both breakfast and lunch)with no PS and wee seated immediately. Had a wonderful meal and great service. Also loved the 20% dvc disocount. We are planning on returning for our next trip 12/26-12/31, but I guess we might have to make a PS. I highly recommend it.

DON'T MISS IT!!! We tried Fresh for the first time during our Feb. trip and knew we had to go back again!

We were there twice this visit (last week), once for brunch which is on the weekends, you can get breakfast or lunch until 2:00! And then once for breakfast. It wasn't real busy either time we were there but it is definitely getting more popular...the word is getting out!!

This is a must go to now on our list!

Heres the response I got via email ( I was trying to make a 7 am).

facilities! Unfortunately, we only accept reservations 90 days in advance.
You can remake your reservation on June 16th, 2004. Also, Fresh
Mediterranean Market only takes reservations after 8:00 am. Anytime before
8:00 am is by a walk-in basis only. Thank you!

You get the dvc discount at all the Swan/Dolphin restaurants(except Blue ZOO, not sure about that one). we used it at Dolphin fountain for burgers and fries and at Palio also.
