Does anyone have the breakfast menu for Flying Fish? I heard they are serving breakfast there while Kouzzina is closed.
Thanks, Murphy

They won't be open for breakfast very long, so my guess is pretty much what they had at the other spot.

Is Kouzzina being completely renovated, or just the area in the front where the seats are? My guess is that if the kitchen itself isn't being renovated, they'll be keeping the restaurant open for the cooks at least, since Flying Fish will still needs its own kitchen starting early in the morning to prep - fine dining kitchens open to cooks by 9 or 10 am depending on your level. In summary, they might still be using the same menu because they might still have the same kitchen/ingredients/prep available to them, which really does knock down the possibility of errors and is a smart move on their part if they can keep it running.

I don't believe the kitchen is being renovated. I know the waiting area will be renovated.

Flying Fish served breakfast during the transition between Spoodles and Kouzzina. It was a buffet then. If it's buffet again it won't be the same menu.

Thinking it over, I suppose a basic buffet would be the easiest thing for them to do.

We'll be there in Dec. & are VERY interested in this! We'd love a sit-down breakfast option the day we leave for the Disney Cruise. I'm not a fan of the options at BC or YC - or trekking over there. We are not fans of the Kouzzina menu either. So picky!

Anyone know what the menu looks like for breakfast at Flying Fish, while Kouzzina is being remodeled?

If you go to Disney's site and look up Flying Fish, the breakfast menu is on there....I looked at it yesterday :)

Ewwww! We don't like Kouzzina, so I was hoping for a regular standard breakfast. HOW can you offer a sit-down breakfast in American without waffles, french toast, or pancakes?! Looks like we're out of luck for a great breakfast before the cruise, as I don't want to deal with the characters at Cape May and Captain's Grille continues to disappoint. :(
