I don't think there are two many good choices in Epcot for breakfast since World Showcase doesn't open until 11:00am.
Suggest you check allearsnet.com. Under dining you can view menus.
You may want to go over to the Boardwalk area from the back exit of Epcot (International Gateway). You can take the boat or a short walk to the Yacht/Beach or Boardwalk. There is a character breakfast at the Beach Club every morning. You can have a non-character breakfast at the Yacht Club.
We always enjoy breakfast at Spoodles. It is a few doors away from the Boardwalk resort. Great food and a nice quiet atmosphere. Try their breakfast pizza..........DELICIOUS.....great coffee too.

I bet the food court inside The Land pavillion would have some good choices. I remember seeing some yummy looking pastries at the bakery!

there is Fountain Bakery (maybe FountainView Bakery) - we had a breakfast there - it was kinda over priced but good. We split a fruit cup and a couple pastries and each got a drink (2 adults 2 children)

There definately aren't many epcot breakfast choices. The princess breakfast in norway maybe.

I would recommend stopping by the dolphin first..and having your breakfast at Fresh.

I love FountainView Bakery. I get a chocolate croissant and go outside and watch the fountain. If you go at a slower time, it's very peaceful.

We will also be trying the Boadwalk Bakery this year.
