Breakfast at Electric Umbrella???

I was looking at an Epcot map from 2006. It states that breakfast is served at Electric Umbrella until 10:30am.

Has anyone eaten breakfast there? If so, how was it?

I used to get a cheese omelet for breakfast at Electric Umbrella and pile on tomatoes from the toppings bar that they used to have. It was basic counter service park breakfast.

However, the times they are a'changing. Not only does Electric Umbrella no longer have its great toppings bar, but it also no longer serves breakfast. The Epcot counter service breakfast location has been relocated to Sunshine Seasons over in the Land pavillion. Hot food breakfast items are available at the Asian food station until around 10:30 or 11am.

(Note: if you travel during the Holiday season, additional outlets may serve breakfast and lunch places may start serving even earlier to handle the crowds.)
