Hello

I've been reading how difficult it is to get a table for breakfast at Cinderella's Royal Table. Can anyone who has had breakfast with Cinderella tell me whether it was worth all the effort to get a table.

My DD will be 4 when we travel and just adores the Princesses. Not so sure DS (age 5) will be quite as keen - but oh well....

Hello Scottish Mouse

It is difficult to get a table at Cindy's. You have to phone 7am (12pm our time) on the dot.

I had breakfast with Cindy in 2000 and it is well worth it. Have you thought of trying the Princess Story book breakfast, we did this last year and really enjoyed this too.

Your DD will love it!

Gotta tell you this one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First trip to Florida just under 3 weeks away - so naturally very excited!

Made a note on my calender 3 months ago, earliest date to book character meal (as per Simon V's book) 60 bays before reservation - how sad is that?????????

There I was standing by the phone at exactly 12 pm GMT - 7 am their time I picked up the phone and got straight through on the queing system - 7 minutes later (12.07) the call was answered and guess what!!!!!!!!!! - Cinderellas Royal Table was full, but the lady kindly added I could call again the next day and try again.

Sorry but I definately think something underhands going on here - either it must be a very small restaurant to fill in under 7 minutes flat - or has Disney got that many phone lines?????????

Needless to say gave up and booked the Crystal Palace.

Hope you have more luck!!!!

One other option - do Disney hotel guests get preference as they always seem to ask where you're staying?

Think you'll get wildly different opinions on this one.

We did it on last trip in Oct 2001 with 2 DDs (9 & 7). BOth loved the princesses but neither liked the breakfast offerings - at the time a choice of standard cooked breakfast or pancakes.

Neither wanted to go back this trip (July 03).

Characters are great but IMHO not worth the cost for less than average food.

As for booking a table it is pot-luck. Never mind being sold out at 12.07 ! Four mornings in a row sold out at 12.03 before I got a table back in 2001. Just need to keep trying.
