Breakfast at Chef Mickey's or 1900 Park Fare?

I am torn between ADRs at Chef Mickey's or 1900 Park Fare for breakfast. We traditionally go to Chef Mickey's the last morning of our trip, but I was playing with the idea of going someplace different this year. Although my kids are older now (youngest is 14) we still love the character interaction at breakfast, especially as our "farewell breakfast" at Disney. Opinions please...

We have never been to CM, but we ALWAYS go to 1900 PF.
Their banana fosters topping for pancakes and waffles are TDF.
My dd 10, LOVES the omelete station.
Sorry, I can't compare it with CM, but we love it there.
We have NEVER had a bad waiter/waitress, either.

Do you know if they usually run on time. There is ALWAYS a wait at CM even with an ADR.

The food at CM is so much better than 1900 PF

We ALWAYS do Chef Mickeys on the last morning! Wouldnt change it for the world. Its like the last HOORAH before we board the plane. Stick to what you know!

1900PF- for the lobster eggs benedict, bananas foster topping, strawberry soup, omelet bar, Mary Poppins, Alice, and the Mad Hatter!

(I don't think CM has any of the above.)

Do the characters make a difference to your kids?
We ate at 1900 Park Faire and it was good and the character interaction was great. They came around 3 times.

While we do enjoy 1900 Park Fare, I have to vote for CM. Nothing beats waving your napkins in the air in celebration! I think we'd miss it terribly if we didn't go. It and Hoop are our must dos for each trip.

Go for something different.
We love 1900 PF!!! It's a must do for us, going into the GF alone is worth it, there seems to be too many bad reviews lately to make it over to CM's for me.
Also there is always Crystal Palace. Very good breakfast. Probably not a good pick for your last day since you need park entrance.
