Hey there!

Me and my DH have a reservation at BOG at 815 our first day in Magic Kingdom.

Does anyone know roughly how long it is to be in and out? We did place our orders online to try and expedite the process.

We have our magic kingdom routine down but that factors in the normal rope drop time of 9 am. I'm hoping we can get in and out by 9 that way our schedule isn't thrown off.

Thanks in advance!!

We pre-order our food and with that, DD (8) and I are always in and out in 20 minutes. Our food has always been delivered to our table within a few minutes of sitting down. Super fast and efficient. We eat breakfast there at least 3 times during a week long stay. Our main goal with a BOG PPO is to get a decent breakfast at a reasonable price and then ride SDMT as many times as possible before the RD crowd converges on FL.:thumbsup2

I feel like our experience was a complete anomaly. We had an 8:15 ADR, got there at that time, had preordered a cupcake, a water, and a coffee, paid, and then waited 25 minutes for the cupcake and water to be delivered to our table (coffee was self serve). A manager-like CM walked by three times, saw that we had no food, checked our ticket, and said it would be right out (and wasn't). It was actually kind of silly the 3rd time she came to us. Everyone around us was getting food fast. The CM offered us free pastry as compensation for the delay but we declined; no telling how long we would've waited for that! Despite these hiccups, which seemed out of the ordinary, we were still out of there by 8:50. We had later FPs for 7DMT (and DH isn't really a fan) so we didnt bother with that, but we saw folks being let on as we exited BOG. If we can get out of there before 9:00 with the issues we encountered, then I'd say anyone can!

I did 8am BOG twice in January- both times, I was done and in line for the Mine Train early enough to ride twice. You should be good!

We just did 8 a.m. BOG reservations last week - They let us in park at 7:45 a.m.; we had pre-ordered so were let into the restaurant as soon as they opened the doors at 8 a.m. - we were out in time to ride the Mine Train twice before the rope drop came... and then got in a very short line for Peter Pan. You'll have a great time!

We had the same experience. We ordered the cupcake and 2 of the souvenir cups. Had an 8am reservation, preordered; got in right away and then waited over 45 minutes for the cupcake and pastries and cups! After 15 minutes, I flagged down a CM, who said to just go use the paper cups for our drinks, so we did. After 30 minutes, I went to the podium and asked for a manager. He finally showed up just as the food and cups did. We wrapped the pastries and cupcake up to go (used our emergency ziplocks) and left. We ate in between riding Pooh and Peter Pan and our meet n greets, and our cups stayed nice and clean until we got home.

We have done BOG twice with 8:05 reservations and pre ordering. Both times we were in and out in 35 minutes, lined up for SDMT and got 3 rides in before that rope drop crew came. It was very quick (even with toddlers in tow!) and a great start to our day.

Four breakfasts at BOG for us, and always out by 8:30 or so. Once we were the very first guests in the restaurant and it was awesome to walk through the ballroom and take pics with no one else there.

The kids like to get there early and choose a table. Lots of choices if you get there first thing. Food also arrives super quick if you preorder and arrive early.

To get in and out of BOG breakfast the fastest I recommend pre-ordering your meals.
I always pre-order breakfast and am in so fast.
This last trip I forgot to pre order and stood in the ordering line for 10-15 minutes.
Learned my lesson on that one. Always pre-order breakfast.

To pre-order log in on the computer to your my disney experience account then go to your reservations page.
Scroll down until you see your BOG ressie, and there will be a link on the right to click to pre-order.
You can order off the regular menu and the allergy menu as well.
