Breakfast at BC and BW

Because life happens we didn't get to go to DW last year so I didn't spend much time on the restaurant board. We have stayed at BC and was disappointed that the marketplace only had a limited menu, mostly pastries, but now I see on another site that the marketplace has Mickey waffles and breakfast platters! Is this true?!

Yes! There's a bounty platter, breakfast sandwich and Mickey waffles. They're also putting in a CS location in the YC so maybe they'll have breakfast offerings there as well when it opens. Lack of decent CS is one of the Epcot resort area's weaknesses. It sure is great walking into the back of Epcot though!

The Boardwalk Bakery has great breakfast options as well. They have the usual muffins, etc. but they also do bacon, egg & cheese on a roll or croissant. That's my go to breakfast every morning when I'm there.

We stayed at BC this past Christmas. We actually went to Boardwalk Bakery a bunch and got pastries for breakfast. They do have egg sandwiches and platters. One morning we took the trip over to France and got breakfast from the French Bakery. I highly recommend—it's mostly egg sandwiches and quiches but it's GOOD

Do you know how many waffles come on the waffles with the bacon? Do they fix them there or do they come from Cape May?

I haven't had them at BC but at other resort CS I think I've received 3 so I assume this would be the same. I would think they have the waffle irons since Cape May is across the lobby. The Marletplace kitchen area isn't large, but the other food they serve is made right there. Not sure though since I haven't ordered the hot breakfast there yet.
