Breakfast at Akershus.... cheese??

This probably sounds dumb, but we ARE Wisconsin Cheese Heads and I had read that Akershus has various cheeses on the cold buffet. I love to try different cheeses, and we can only fit breakfast in here. Does anyone know if they have that for breakfast? I read they have salmon on the cold buffet as well. Yum....

definitely have some kind of cheese at breakfast - similar to jarlsberg we buy here in the UK but someone will clarify that I'm sure.

They had a nice selection of cheeses - generally mild soft cheeses. In addition to the cold salmon, there are some herring offerings as well. I thought is was all great. Since many people don't like these sorts of things (especially for breakfast) I also didn't have to wait in line!

Aside from these things - Akershus offers outstanding coffee. Additionally, the platter of heart attack they bring to the table is quite good (eggs, potatoes, bacon). The bacon is basically microwave bacon, but the eggs were surprisingly good.

There is cheese on the buffet at breakfast! I ate a bunch of it on our September trip. The cheesy potatoes are also very, very good. We like the Akershus princess breakfast much better than Cindy's. And my niece was very lucky because Cinderella was in attendance on the day we took her!

there is an ADR line, just make sure to have your confirmation number and they let you in the park early to make it to your ADR.

if you have your reservation number, just show it at the gate, i remember we had reservations early before the park opened at the princess norway place, it's kinda of a long walk from the gate, it was so fun walking through epcot and there was no one there, we took a ton of pics, so fun!!
