Breakfast at 8:10am - how do I get there?

I will be staying at Riverside, but I have a reservation for Donald's breakfast at 8:10am. I was told a bus will be there at 7:15am, and that another wouldn't be there until 8:00. On the website ourlaughingplace with the transportation schedule, it says I have to connect at MGM or DD and it is a 45 min process . Is this true? Should I just take a cab? There are 6 adults and 2 toddlers.

If I do take a cab, do I have to prearrange it the night before?

Buses start running an hour or so before the parks open. We had 820 ressies at CRT last fall and a MK bus picked us right up around 715 or so and took us right to MK. We were staying at SSR. The driver even offered to take us directly to one of the MK area resorts if that is where our meal was. It worked out perfect for us.

Thanks - I am a bit of an idiot though. When I used that website, I put in Animal Kingdom Lodge, not the park - that's why it had me connecting. Oops!!
