I am a little confused about this....do we have a main dinning room option each day for breakfast and lunch with a certain time or is it just the quick service kind of stuff?

You can go to Triton/Lumiere's for breakfast most days. There is no assigned time, like dinner, you just show up and they seat and serve.

I don't remember about lunch though. Sorry!

You can choose a sit down beakfast or brunch (just drop in when you want during posted hours) nearly any day as well as the buffet and some continental items at Goofy's. You can also order brakfast from room service.
On the 7 night cruise, you will have one character breakfast. That is on a ceertain day at a specific time only (you will have a ticket for it in your stateroom when you first get in).

Lumiere's often has a brunch running with both breakfast and lunch foods on the menu from late morning until around noon.

Gernerally either Lumiere's has a lunch OR there is the brunch for sit down as well as a buffets (most days on deck 9 and in Parrot Cay).
All of the quick service places are also open for lunch and there are some good options from the room service menu as well.

Dining options are listed in your Navigator for each day. You can look at the Navigator's posted in the FAQ sticky to see what has been offered on past sailings.

Triton's/Lumiere's serves a sit down breakfast and lunch or brunch each day. Parrot Cay serves the character breakfasts on 7 night cruises.

For lunch, Parrot Cay generally has a themed buffet (Italian, Oriental, etc).

Topsiders will have breakfast and lunch buffets daily and the fast food outlets on deck 9 will be open.

The only one that has a seating time is the character breakfast. Otherwise, you go to any food outlet during the hours they are open (in the Navigator). The sit down menu for Tritons/Lumiere's will be posted outside the restaurant as soon as the preceding meal ends so you can check it out before you decide where to eat.

So...are there sit down options for breakfast and lunch or is it just counter service stuff. If there are, do you have special times like dinner?

Emily

The times that each restaurant/food outlet is open is posted in the Navigator. You have no set time for breakfast or lunch; you decide when and where you want to eat. The only exception is the character breakfast on 7 night or longer cruises; then you go when you are assigned or you decide to skip it.

Lumiere's/Triton's is open for a sit down breakfast and lunch or brunch daily. At brunch they serve both breakfast and lunch items. Parrot Cay has a themed buffet daily (like Italian, seafood, etc). Topsiders and the fast food outlets are open with buffets and the usual fare.

The Lumiere's/Triton's menu for the next meal is posted as soon as the preceding meal ends so you can check out the menu before you decide where you want to eat.

I'm merging this thread with the thread from earlier.

Personally I love eating at Tritons/Lumieres for breakfast and lunch. I like having someone wait on me and ordering the food in courses. The food also seems fresher to me (I dont know if that is actually the case or not.)
