Breakfast ADR

After reading several comments...I am concerned if we make a 7:30am ADR for breakfast and are at our bus stop at 6:30am we may not make our ADR?

IE>>>>>

CBR to WL Whispering Canyon

CBR to YC Captains Grille

CBR to AKL Boma

??????? What is everyones opinion???? Thanks AGAIN!!!

Unfortunately, there is no bus transportation directly between hotels.

For the Grille, you could bus to DHS and walk/boat over to the YC. AKL is not walkable from the AK and WL is not walkable from the MK.

For the WL, you would most likely want to bus to the MK and take the boat over to the WL.

For AKL, bus to the AK and bus to AKL.

CBR to Captains Grill....take a cab. About $10. If you take Disney transportation, it will take awhile.

CBR to WCC....bus to MK, boat over to WL. You 'may' make it. Or just take a cab.

CBR to Boma....bus to AK then transfer to AKL bus. Again, you 'may' make it.

Here's the issue....buses don't run from resort to resort at WDW. Which means you have to go to a park and then transfer to alternative transportation. When I make any breakfast ADRs, unless I can get there directly from my resort...ie BW over to BC.....I always make the ADR for late morning. I get a quick bite to eat at my resort, and head to an EMH park. I tour for a few hours and then head to my breakfast ADR..more like brunch at this point!!
If you really want to have 7:30am ADRs you may want them to be at resorts that are close to parks.....CR, Polynesian, GF for instance.

Do you plan on going to the closest park after each of these ADR'S ( MK, Epcot, AK) ? I think that is a lot of traveling to do early in the day. Personally, I wouldn't do it unless I took a taxi. I especially wouldn't do it if you are planning on doing any of these on consecutive mornings or plan to be in a park most or all of the day. After a FOUR hour trip from POR to AKV for dinner at Boma, we do not do any resort to resort ADR's anymore

Yep we had planned on going to the park that they are located at for 1/2 day or so. Epcot, AK..thanks again for the GREAT advice!!!

The restaurants you have ADR's at are not in the parks, just closest to. For example, WL to Mk. Although MK is the closest it may still take you 45 minutes from the time you leave the restaurant until you are dropped off at MK,especially at park opening. Disney transportation is very efficient but the distances are far greater than people assume . Add to that the time it takes to load scooters, dock the boat etc. If you want to make rope drop I think you will be rushed. Not a pleasant way to start a day. I do think its best you plan on at least coordinating your ADRs to the easiest park to get to.I don't mean to put a damper on your plans, just trying to spare you a rude awakening
