Breakfast ADR before park opening?

I am going to book a early CP breakfast on our MK day.
(Still deciding whether or not to go on a EMH morning )

If we go on a NON EMH morning and the park opens at 9am, how early can we book a breakfast, and how much trouble will we have getting there on time? I seem to remember that buses start running an hour before park opening? Or is that wrong?

i have an ADR for CP at 8:05 am on Aug 7. I beleive this is the first reservation of the morning. You can catch a resort bus about 1 1/2 hours (and some earlier) than park opening. I plan on cathing a bus from POFQ about 7:20 - 7:25 that morning then going to the far right side entrance at MK. They will check your reservation.
