breakast dish at crystal palace

I was reading about breakfast pastry / souffle thing that someone had there once does anyone know what i a talking about
with cream, french toast and fruit in it.

Breakfast lasagna is what they call it. It's layers of waffles and panckes with pastry cream, blueberries and bananas. I think its great.
