Nomad has the same bread service as Tiffins. IIRC, a couple of kinds of soft bread and a thin, crispy thing they call “bread,” plus a few dips. While quite good (I always get it when I’m at Nomad

), it’s not in the same league as Sanaa. At Sanaa you get three (I think) kinds of soft flatbreads, multiple pieces, and a plethora of dips (nine?). You could make a meal and a half of it if you wanted.
Nomad bread = nice interesting appetizer/filller
Sanaa bread = an event in itself
