I received a Zojiirushi 2 years ago - and have rarely bought any bread since. We make our own bulki rolls, dinner rolls, whole wheat bread, english muffins, bagels, pizza dough, the list goes on and on. The zojiirushi makes a typical loaf, and has 2 paddles for kneading, which some find useful when making whole wheat bread. I will admit - I very rarely cook a loaf of bread in the machine, my DS does not like the thicker crust you get. The Zojiirushi's are pricey - but I use mine about 5 days a week - and yes I work full time. LOL I work nights - so what I will do is set the breadmaker up (it has a timer), and it will be ready to either form the rolls, etc when I get up.
Our favorite recipes come from King Arthurs Flour website, and
www.recipezaar.com - which is now food.com - but either website will get you to the recipes.
