Can't remember the brand name, isn't that terrible, and I am not home to check. I think it is west bend. it was not very expensive. I picked it for making a 2 lb loaf, ease of use to program and also that it could make jam--which I have never tried. I make bread, doughs, quick breads. Love the smell of the fresh baking bread. I can get it ready at night, use the delay feature, and have fresh, hot bread in the morning.
I have a good cheese bread and honey bread recipe that i will have to look up.
Pumba is right on with the measurements advice! Also, make sure your yeast is fresh!
I would love some new recipes to try!
ETA--checked--it is an Oster. I had a West Bend, but gave that to dd.
