I saw Kathy post it this afternoon. Those two kids had their whole vacation ruined. The internets are saying they were escorted off property with a lifetime ban.
There is also talk that the CM may be fired for trying to restrain the teenager.
Who does that? Who is so classless they treat Disney like the neighborhood Walmart?!

I think it's fairly classless to act that way in the neighborhood Walmart too.

Probably something to do with "company policy" if that cast member (I didn't abbreviate, oh the horror!) gets fired and that would be garbage, so allow the teenager to get in cheap shots while they wait for "authorized" WDW cast members to arrive, BS.......If I'm there as a guest I ain't stepping in and risk getting thrown out

The cast member should be given combat pay, a paid day off and a raise. I feel sorry for the kids around & other guests who witnessed it.
