When we went on Vacation I used a discount code I got from this site. Well I really had problems, which I don't want to get into or I would have posted initially. Since I though they were a sponsor I wrote an e-mail to the DIS to let them know what happened. Within 10 minutes I had a return E-mail, they are not a sponsor, and was thanked for letting them know. I was told that they would be on the phone and letting them know they were not too pleased with our problems. Thanks, now I know why I keep using DU also.
 
markey, I have always been extremely pleased with the service I have gotten from DU. Always prompt in returning any questions/requests, either via e-mail or on occasion, when I was trying to snag a special "postcard" rate for AKL, by phone call to my home!


And unlike many other travel agents, they REALLY know everything about WDW and DCL!!
 
I have never used Dreams Unlimited BUT THEN I have not traveled since I met them, but Norm, my hubby, has done a lot of traveling and he was saying that never had he seen one TA care enough about their customers at DU.
I have "met" a number of the staff on this board, and if their TA's are anything like these members, then as Allstate proclaims, You are in good hands with Dreams Unlimited and that is my thought for the day:D
