We were at MK yesterday. The new FP+ viewing area at the hub was out from behind walls and looks beautiful. After watching Wishes at the Desert Party we left to run the gauntlet down main street when a cast member directed us "this way to the park exit". They had opened a wall in between the plaza and the washrooms by the noodle station and there it was. A straight shot bypassing Mainstreet straight to the exit...similar to F!
Well done Disney!

A cast member lead a large crowd of us from the bridge to Tomorrowland around to this hidden gem the end of January. I have never before seen the crowds come to a complete stop near the hub while we were there in the off season before. Being behind the seens was a great little treat.

They've been using that back exit for years.

But I'll agree that when it's that busy, it's definitely a sight for sore eyes.

Where does everybody get let out? Outside of the gates by the buses?

We used that bypass in 2010 when our youngest DS was 4. I was carrying him in a half doze when suddenly he lifted his head and burst into tears. Eeeks, what's the matter???? "Something smells BAAAAD" (we were walking past the dumpsters).

:rotfl2:

Personally? I've never been in such a rush to leave that I would trade a walk down Main Street for a back alley escape. The final walk down Main Street is part of the experience. I never feel the need to try and "beat the crowd".
