Brand new to this!

Hi Everyone! DF and I just bought into BLT this past Saturday and are very excited. We will be heading down for our first stay in April for our Disney Wedding and Honeymoon (13 nights). I'm having a hard time figuring out how to make the dining reservations online though. I know that I can't book them right now but I will be at the end of Oct when it goes back to 180 days. When I go to the Disney website I put in our BLT confirmation number and keep getting errors. I tried a few different ways (my account, DF's account, going to the dining page).

Am I doing something wrong? How long does it normally take for disney.com to recognize a DVC confirmation #? Any advice regarding this or DVC in general is greatly appreciated! Thanks so much!

Select the restaurant you want to make an ADR for and click the 'Book a Reservation' link. Once the booking engine loads, look for the following text:

If you have a Resort reservation or would like to use your Disney Dining Plan for this meal, please retrieve your reservation.

Click on 'retrieve your reservation'. You will then be prompted for you room confirmation number, last name, check-in date and resort. Fill them in and click retrieve.

Thank you everyone for the warm welcomes! We are very excited. I'm still having a hard time getting disney.com to recognize our DVC ressie #. I know we are in the system b/c it's on our dvcmember.com page. I guess i'll just have to keep trying and if it doesn't pull up by the time we need to make our ADRs at the end of Oct. I guess I'll be on the phone making the ressies!

Wow congrats and Home!!! Wedding, honeymoon and first DVC stay all wrapped up into one! It can't get much better than that. Hope you have all the happiness life can bring!
