We're 2 weeks away, I can't wait. I'm working on my fax request, what is the reccomended format? I read somewhere to do it in a list form with bullets but then read on all ears that you should do a short paragraph. thoughts??

Oh good question! I just typed my up in paragraph form, real simple. I will be there in 8 days, was going to fax it on Thursday. (we arrive Sunday)

Hello,

Does anyone know if the Panchito's gift shop at CSR sell the disney character autograph books?

I haven't had luck on a before trip purchase and I'd like to have them in my bag before we enter the gates to any park.

While we were there in March they had them. Not to mention they were on sale 25% off! LOL I would think they would have them! Good Luck!

Is it against the rules to stay anywhere else after CSR? LOL Tonight we booked our rooms for October at POP. As we get closer I'm hoping we make a slight 'upgrade' I'll cross my fingers.

No, it's not against the rules. But I have to tell you when in 2004 we stayed at the Poly (it was oldest DS's high school graduation), I found myself missing the CSR. We haven't gone anywhere but CSR since. We do want to try AKL, but I think we will do it with a split-stay when we have the money.

Those are 2 places we would like to stay too. But I don't think its worth re-mortgaging the house to get there though!

Have a great time, Danielle. As of now, all of the Cabanas are done, Ranchos 6A and 6B, 3rd floors of Casitias 1, 2 and 3. They are currently working on Casitas 4. I don't think it will be done by the time you get there as it takes each building about a month and I think they've only been working on it a couple of weeks.

Kat- I am confused! On another post you wrote that the 4th floors of Casitas 1,2 and 3 were finished. Can you confirm? We leave tomorrow and I want to be able to know for sure if the room that they assign us is a remodeled one.

They were touching up paint when I walked by this morning.
It's going to be a few more days until they are finished.
I'm not sure when they are going to start the next building. Rainbird is coming starting this week and they pretty much fill up our resort.

Yes, they do! They are located by the cash registers!

You have to stay at DAKL! It is simply amazing! I surprised my husband with a stay there last year for his birthday.

We really want to. But it is SOOOOOOOOOOOO hard to leave CSR. I think we'll do 3 days at AKL and 4 or more days at CSR next year or the year after.

When we travel our friends usually stay at AKL so we get the best of both worlds. We go to there room before Boma for breakfast so we can watch the animals. This year, if they go, they'll be at CSR with us.

I just started planning for our Nov 2010 trip. My thoughts was to stay at POR, but seeing that CS has been restored, I'm thinking this is the place for us!

The nesca-crap coffee. But I will say that the coffee at the Pepper Market window is NOT bad at all!
