Boys deserve cute clothes too!

Hi!

I am so frustrated because I have been searching high and low for DAYS, trying to find my 16 month old BOY a cute little Halloween costume, and I swear, every cute outfit in the whole universe is made for a girl!
(Well, that may be a slight exaggeration...but not much)

Do boys not get to wear cute outfits too?

I have been looking for a prince costume, something like this picture:

But I can not find ANYTHING small enough, and even the larger sizes are not very cute. Every search I do for "Prince" turns up 800 million princESS things.
Sigh.

Does anyone know where I can find some sweet little boy outfits?

Unfortunately with boys your better off making your own. My son was a pirate last year and this is what his outfit looked like.

I have some little boy Halloween "Costumes" in my photobucket -- go to DISigns for DISers and then to "Prince Costumes." They all say "who needs a costume when you're already a prince?" and have various princes on them. Maybe one of those will work? Sorry I can't post an image on here from where I'm posting from right now.

Unfortunately with boys your better off making your own. My son was a pirate last year and this is what his outfit looked like.

I know how you feel and unfortunately no help...did you try babies r us, or one of those halloween stores...you know the ones that are only open during "halloween" season or there's a board where they make different disney clothing and stuff I think they are called disboutiquers ....Nathan's two I have no idea what he's going to be for halloween...along with the fact I'm not sure I'll even be there to take him trick or treating for the first time cause I'm due with our daughter on Halloween so daddy is probably going to take him and his favorite Aunt...I'm getting a repeat c-section so I'm trying to get the doc to let me have her in time to be home to take him trick or treating Not being able to find him a costume is just adding to my stress

This is TDF! (IMO anyway) and she does amazing work- the price tag is a bit on the painful side if you are not used to paying for customs

A tip for anyone searching for things using Google (or any search engine) put the desired item in quotes. For example "Prince" costume will bring up items for boys and not princess stuff....

I made my son Prince Phillip for his first halloween! Like others said, for boys you pretty much have to make them. I made his first 3. Nothing special for what we used it for definately budget minded!

The sword and shield are just out of craft foam.
