well i dont have a bf at the moment but most of the 'couples' in my school hardly talk to each other my friend goes out with a guy who wont touch her or talk to her and runs off when ever she approaches him

I have one right now, and I really like it! It's nice to have the balance between the male and female relationships, with other people my age. Plus, he and I get along so great, so whenever we are together we have a lot of fun! (no not that kind of fun )

He is the best thing that has ever happened to me.
You guys may find this absolutely ridiculous but I am head over heels in love with this guy. He is so amazing, he makes me SO happy and I love being with him.

I can understand what you guys mean about girls being desperate to have a boyfriend. Both of us weren't really desperate for a bf/gf...our relationship just kind of fell into place. And now everything is perfect and amazing and I couldn't be happier.

Alot of people say that you can't be in love at such a young age, or you don't know what real love is or whatever. But I really truly think that I love him. I want to marry him.

So its easy if you've never been in love to think you are. And some people fall in love with the idea of falling in love. A lot of people just want to be loved so badly they fool themselves into thinking they're in love.

I liked this guy a while before I started going out with my boyfriend.
I totally thought I was in love with him--it was a ridiculous lusty infatuation.
THen I met my boyfriend and realized I was ridiculous and that was very silly of me.
But now, I know I'm in love. I know it. It's exactly how Sparx described it.
I haven't seen my boyfriend for only like 2 days and it's killing me.

as for me, no I've never had a boyfriend. Yes it would be nice to have one but I'm not gonna go out with just any of the guys that show interest.

that is exactly what im doin except the boy part...i dont flow that way. but im nearly 18 aswell and i have never even been on a date. but from what ive seen, when i find a girl i like i want to take it slow and enjoy the company. i dont want a gf right away. im happy knowing girls and being friends with them and ill ask someone out when i feel comfortabl and ready!

middle school is like that. it seems like you're put on a higher pedistal when youre dating someone. It calms down at highschool. Everyone is so obsessed with themselves they really could care less who you're with.
