If France, Germany and China had supported the U.S.A, Saddam would have been gone by now.

Based on French polls....they do!

A boycot of France at EPCOT at best would only be symbolic. But I'd go along with it. The French people need to remember WWII and what that country looked like after it was over. And think about how much AMERICAN money was sent to rebuild their counrty.
It's time to "pay us back"..get behind us or get the hell out of our way!![]()

still waiting for an answer to my previous question of a citation...
really, you saw a french poll that said the 20 french people at the WS who would lose their job support chirac? i'd like to see that one.
do you see how ridiculous this is?!?
if you are going to priotest/boycott, at least do something that makes sense and will have an impact.
I think it was quite clear that the French citizenry by 85% are in support of Cherac's position, so how ridiculous is your question?

how ridiculous is MY question?!?!??!?!?!??!
or do you just believe in punishing anyone who happens to be french b/c the majority of their country disagrees with us?
there's a name for that kind of attitude: discrimination and bigotry.

Yeah, let's remember WWII. We only got involved after we were attacked at Pearl Harbor.
No caity, it is anger for a country that historically "takes" a lot but has yet to return the favor.

I don't know what France "gave" either.
i think "gave" is exactly the key word. we didn't go over there and say, "ok, if we liberate you, you better agree with us for the next 300 years when it comes to foreign policy." we did it willingly, and i don't think that most of the soldiers that went over there and lost their lives expected anything like that in return. But go to Normandy and see what the US gave!
