Penny -

You responded to my PM that I had sent you, but then you also answered a post I had out there, just didn't want you to think they were duplicates!! Am I clearing anything up or just making it more confusing?!?!? :goodvibes

Anywho ... :rolleyes1 sorry if I am causing problems! Here is my request from the previous thread:

Hi!!

Would one of you wonderful designers help me out by making a couple of personalized autograph book covers for our upcoming trip? My daughter Bella is 5 and LOVES all things princess and my son Zach is 3 and LOVES Buzz & Woody. I would like the covers to say: 1) Bella's Disney Trip 2009 and 2) Zach's Disney Trip 2009

Also, if anyone has an autograph page for Sleeping Beauty/Aurora, could you change it to read "Rose"? My daughter wasn't able to say Aurora when she feel in love with Sleeping Beauty at the age of 2 and she has been "Rose" to us ever since! We will be eating at CRT and would like an editied form for that Aurora, too, if possible.

Thank you all so much for everything that you do!! You're designs are BEAUTIFUL and really help make our trips special.

Thanks!! Jennie

Anytime you can get to it would be wonderful!

Thanks again!

OK, I need a little bit more help, please ...

I have uploaded/downloaded (:confused3) all of your autograph cards and Natalie's, too. They look great on my computer so I sent them to our local Walmart photo center so that I could get started on our books. I picked them up today, and they look wonderful, BUT the edges are cut off a bit! HELP!! What am I doing wrong? Do I need to resize them somehow? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!! :worship:

Thanks!

I am sorry that I can't be of help. When I print them, I print them one at a time from Photo Impact. Some have to be resized to make them a little smaller. I think that when it gets saved as a jpg, it saves it at the 4x6 size I am making them in. So some of them need to be resized smaller? I am not sure, but I think that may be it? :confused3

:confused3I have a few questions???

1. if I print these on 8x11 card stock, will I just have to cut the to size?

2. once I have them all cut do I put them or a spiral binder (where can I do this?)

3. or get them binded like a real book (where can I do this?)

I would like to do this for my 3 girls, they really loved doing this last trip and I regreted not making autograph books for them.

I am leaning towards getting this binded like a real book for sturdyness

4. what kind of material would I use for the cover, so it will be sturdy?

5.I have the8x11 card stock at work (free) and ink (free)

or do I have to use a different size paper

lastly....this is a little intimidating to me and I am somewhat creative.

I was wondering if I could get a "not going home" with some stormtroopers on it. (maybe with the words : "you can't make us go home" or something like that). Using it for the back cover of the autograph book. Could I also request the stormtrooper autograph page that you already have made with "Star Wars Weekends 2009" on it and my son's name Ryan and one with Shae. Thanks so much.

Who are the characters that are seen most in the parks?

All these pages are beautiful...I can't decide which ones to use!!:confused3

I figured I go with the most widely seen characters.....

:confused3I have a few questions???

1. if I print these on 8x11 card stock, will I just have to cut the to size? They will print the size you tell them to print. I print them in Photo Impact and I set the printer directions at 4x6, that is what they are made at when I make them. I am sure you could make them bigger if you want, but you want need to keep the same perspective or the would look too thin or too fat?

2. once I have them all cut do I put them or a spiral binder (where can I do this?) Everyone does it different. I carry them in a photo album that I got from the dollar store. Then I take pictures of the girls getting the autograph from each character. then I put the autographed character with the picture. Others do it differently. if you go back over the last few months and do a search of autographs, you will see many different ways people do them.

3. or get them binded like a real book (where can I do this?) I don't know, some people have said Kinko's or Staples

I would like to do this for my 3 girls, they really loved doing this last trip and I regreted not making autograph books for them.

4. what kind of material would I use for the cover, so it will be sturdy?

5.I have the8x11 card stock at work (free) and ink (free) I would go with the 8x11 card stock and put more than 1 card on each page. What I do is buy blank 4x6 cards, they are less than $5 for 500 of them from Staples. Then I just print them out directly from the printer.
or do I have to use a different size paper

lastly....this is a little intimidating to me and I am somewhat creative.

if you want the list of the character sightings that I did last year, email me at chaoscent@verizon.net :goodvibes

Sure, I am behind right now as I have been out of town and Mom has some health issues going on. I will work on some of the outstanding requests this weekend, & hope to get caught up in the next two weeks. We are going to miss the Star Wars Weekends by a week. :( But we will be there for the pin event:banana:

Thank you for the kind words. :flower3::upsidedowI did a listing of characters about 1 1/2 years ago. In the listing are some hyperlinks for current information. I have decided not to update it as I printed about 170 cards (and I have made more since I went last year) and put them in a Dollar store photo album. That way I can take out the characters as I get their signatures. if you want the character listing, email me at chaoscent@verizon.net

Could I get 3 autograph book covers please? The Princess Cover with script writing. The first one in your album "AVA"

Can they read:

Hailey's

Ashleigh's.

and i just saw one you posted on 4/13/09 with tink and the fairies for

Nicolette's

If 2009 Our first trip to Disney can fit that would be great!!!!!

Thanks in advance!! :)

Sorry to hear about your mom. I hope all goes well. Whenever you get a chance to do the request will be just fine. Family first. Thanks a lot!

My sister is in the process of printing out your autograph pages that we both just love (for all 5 kids). She's doing the autograph pages and I'm doing the front and back covers. I will post pictures when they are done. Thank you for all your great work, it is going to add special memories to our trip.

Do you have anymore Star Wars autograph pages or know of anyone that does?

i can do more, not a problem, just let me know what characters. Also, I swear I just saw some new ones that somebody else did in the past week. Plus, check Natalie's file, she does some great ones. But I will do more, just let me know who. :)

Penny,

Here is a list of characters that we have seen that are at Star Wars Weekends:

Darth Maul
Boba Fett
Jango Fett
Jawa
Tusken Raider
Greedo
Aurra Sing
The Emperor
Gammorrean Guard
Kit Fisto
Queen Amidala
Anakin Skywalker
Zam Wesell
Royal Guard
Cantina Band
Han Solo
Princess Leia
Ahsoka
Mace Windu
Luke Skywalker

You are probably wondering who half of these people are. I will appreciate any ones that you can do on the list. (I would prefer without the names on the page but whatever way you want to do them is fine with me) I put them in order of who my boys would love to get an autograph from first. Any characters that you can do will be awesome! I don't know how hard it will be to get pictures of some of the characters. Thank you so much for offering to do some. Your the best. I can't thank you enough.

I know you already have a stormtrooper but if at all possible could you do other designs of the stormtroopers (there are a lot of them walking around at the park signing autographs and they are my sons Favorite).
Also, is there any way to get blank ones in case we see someone new?

Penny I also want to thank you for all of your hard work. We have been busy as well making copies of everything. The kids are going to LOVE these!

We go in May so I'm sorting through (8 grandchildren) who still needs what. We have younger girls interested in princess's. Older boys who must have Star wars and of course pages for our cruise and meals. lol. whew, and to think I'm only printing these. Thank you so much for making them available!!!

I need a few covers if you are able to do these. :confused3 Or can you point me in the right direction. Haley and Katie (princess's or faries or tink), but not the same. Brandon and David (cars, pooh, toy story,) but also, please not the same.

Also, I put all of the princesses in the girls books but would like a few combined princesses for the boys books. They may want autographs and it will seem less girly this way. Ditto for star wars, I put in all of the characters for the boys but would like combined/group type pages for the girls. This way, no matter who they see they can get it signed. Can you think up anything that may work for this???

I guess, in general we're looking for groups for all of the parks and ship so if we run into anyone the kids have it covered. :)

I can't thank you enough! These autograph books will go EVERYWHERE the kids go (along with the camera, lol). Oooh, the memories. Thanks! :wizard:

Penny,

Your autograph pages are SO wonderful. Thank you for sharing with all of us. Would you have time to make a page for Garden Grill that says "Happy 6th Birthday Weston"? I actually want to try to use your restaurant pages on transfers for a pillow case. My idea is to put a page design on each corner and then one at the top (this would be the birthday one), and have the characters sign these on his birthday. I hope it works! I will share pics if it looks good!

Thanks,
Audrey

Audrey, I swore I answered this, but don't know where the answer went? maybe on another board with a totally unrelated topic? :rolleyes1:rolleyes1Anyway, I would love to do the DISign. However, I won't get to it until next weekend. I am really backed up and have to do my taxes tomorrow. please let me know what size you want the middle DISign to be. it doesn't have to be 4x6 if you want another Size? :confused3Penny:flower3:

I just discovered this thread and all I can say is - WOW! I am wondering if there are any generic Star Wars pages we can print out. We are going to the Star Wars Weekend for the first time this year and are hoping to get lots of new autographs. I apologize if this has already been asked. I didn't read all 47 pages of the post.

there's a few here
http://s226.photobucket.com/albums/dd181/Chaos1Cent/?start=224
no name ones are in the no name blank folder (same cards, no names).
Star War covers & blanks are here

Let me know if you want anything personalized (I will do it next weekend).

Penny,
No problem on it not being until next weekend, I just appreciate you being willing to do it! I can wait, but the tax collectors aren't so patient, and their deadline is before our trip! :rotfl: A bigger size is a great idea, how about 5x7? Thanks so much for adding joy to our first trip! Good luck on the taxes - I wish a big return for you!! Audrey
