Boy am I impressed!

In early January I purchased a resale through ******************. Process couldn't of gone more smoothly, all my 'first time buyer' questions answered patiently. Rec'd my DVC membership stuff and deed, etc. about 3 weeks ago.

Today I rec'd a box from my salesperson, ********. Inside was a letter of thanks and a lapel pin, liscense plate, snow globe, backpack and Passporter book. Don't know if I was to get these items anyway, but what a fantastic (and quite pleasant) surprise!!

Yeah, but the Timeshare Store does make this board possible. Home Depot doesn't hand out flyers about how great Lowe's is.

Me too! I've purchase several contracts thru them and plan on more!
While my friends would call me a liberal conservative, I'm just concerned a tad about the freedom of speech. I know it's a prviately help formum. But it's still a valid concern.

True... but they Home Depot doesn't ask it's customers not to utter the name Lowe's either. Just sayin'. I appreciate Timeshare Store too, but...

There are two basic reasons why certain words are automatically replaced by *** on this site - In some cases it's because the word has been deemed profane and in other cases it is for individuals or businesses with repeated violations of our site guidelines.

Timeshare brokers are often posted on this forum without any problem. The case in point has nothing to do with competition for the site sponsor. Praise and criticism for the Timeshare Store and other brokers has always been welcome.

Those who insist that this is a freedom of speech issue are more than welcome to host their own website and allow whatever they wish - that's the meaning of freedom of speech. The owner of this website has decided that certain words and topics are not welcome on this site.

There was a thread about this a while ago, and the names were removed because of questionable business practices, not their competition with the board sponsor. I remember reading the whole thing.
