Boy am I impressed with the Poly IPO staff already!

Jeffrey at the IPO Poly staff has already been in contact with me three times to answer questions and send me my Vacation Planner. The IPO staff at the GF has been "cool" but thorough.

Wow, if everyone at the Poly is like this, we may have to switch our entire reservation over to them! Kudos to the Poly!

We also have been changing our ressie numerous times and they have been very cooperative...they probably hate hearing our name that is how many times we have changed...sorry CM's....but they have "always" been very cooperative and friendly...

Jeffery has been WONDERFUL!!! Tara was helping us, but she went on a 3 month leave so I've been working with him. He has given me all the help & info I've needed either the same day or the next day
