Does anyone here color their hair at home? If so, what brand color in a box do you use? I was getting my hair colored at a salon but it's now too expensive. Thanks for your help! :goodvibes

I use to use Nutrisse. It was easy to use, not too expensive and made my hair really soft. I had to go back to the salon to get my hair colored though no matter what brand or color I used my hair would always turn out too reddish.

I always use Nutrisse..it's an easy to use product, it seems to last longer than some of the others, and for me it colors my gray better..one suggestion though..if you have hair shoulder length or longer, you may want to buy 2 boxes of the same color..one isn't enough for long or thick hair!

I've used several different brands. The best have been Nutrisse or Perfect 10. I think that is a Loreal product. Perfect 10 only requires you to leave it on your hair for 10 minutes, which is great for me. I have a kid with a hair fettish who always wants to touch my hair. :) The Nutrisse product is great because I feel like it is thicker and doesn't run down my face. Plus, it doesn't have that yucky amonia smell.

I've always had the best luck with Loreal Feria. Plus they have the best, prettiest colors!

:rotfl: OMG, you have no idea what I was thinking the first time I read your post through. I think it could use a new title :rotfl2::blush:

I use Nice & Easy. For me, it does not fade the way the others seem to.
