Here is the packing list for me and my son....just follow it..

3 books (2 packed 1 in laptop bag)
1 laptop
1 small camera (in the laptop bag)
2 tooth brushes
1 electronic shaver
3 pairs of shorts
2 pars of jeans (not packed wearing them)
2 pars of slacks
8 t-shirts (2 not packed wearing them)
2 dress shirts
2 dress jackets
2 pair dress shoes
2 pair tennis shoes (not packed wearing them)
8 pars of socks (wearing 2 pairs)

All packed in one suitcase. Easy?
did I forget anything?

Envy...sometimes I think it's just easier to be a man. Oh well, I'll just keep packing.

Glad that medical stuff is good for something!

I was actually surprised when I added it all up. I knew I was carrying a balance on my visa for reasons beyond cruising but as I was paying off big chunks at a time I didn't realize how much the medical totalled for the year.

And here's something else I just discovered: two weeks unpaid furlough and a 4% across the board salary decrease for the 2nd half of the year, resulted in the company 'saviing' a grand total of $440 from my salary over 2008! Yes, because of all the overtime they had to pay me!

Hmmmmm.....Possibly....

Toothpaste, PJ's, underwear, deoderant, swimsuits, flip flops/water shoes, sunscrean, sunglasses, jacket or sweatshirt. And allocate a lot of time for laundry!

Call me silly (or Mom works too) but underware MIGHT help. We can start another formal night discussion if you please but I believe "going commando" is worse than going hoseless.

Mike&Nick....amazed with the sparse packing list but I could not do it ..... (my DS could) But this girl need her choices.

I got on this contraption (computer) cuz Jackie had ?s about our flights home & here I am sitting here catching up on the DIS and NOT doing my taxes!!! (or laundry for that matter)

Atleast I'm caught up!

Was thinking about the clothes situation (what I need to take) and may be rethinking some things...I'm afraid of packing too much.

My souveniers - a magnet & ornament from each location (I too bought the big PC ornament in 2008).....I've decided tho to forgo the ornament now - I haven't put my tree out in the last 3 years (depression sucks) so figured I'd spend less $ and just buy the magnets.

LOL! Glad you liked the Japadog. We loved going there in 2009.

After the Wonder repo to Vancouver, we can go to the original.

Even Anthony Bourdain of "No Reservations" made Japadog his first stop in Vancouver!

THere was a ? about ordering food from another restaurant....this is SO DOABLE!!! The only catch is that the other restaurant needs to have that menu/meal that night too.


I LOVED the PC salad (it was spinach & mushrooms w/ hot bacon dressing)on the Jan cruise - had it a total of 3 nights...1x sitting in each restaurant.

THAT is the show I saw on stage in London, 31 years ago! I love that my return trip includes another Andrew Lloyd Weber show!

We loved visiting Argentina, the food, the people, and visiting some Evita sites: La Casa Rosada and Eva Peron's tomb at La Recoleta Cemetery.
