OK...dumb question but what is a bounceback? Is it when you book another trip while you're there already? Can you get a deal if you do this? Fill me in!!;)
 
You pretty much nailed it. Generally an offer is left in your room that needs to be booked before you check out. The current offer is for free dining for next year.
