Bounceback

Just back from a week at All star Sports and free dining. How soon will we receive a bounceback offer? I thought they would do this at check out but no such luck. I was wondering how long it takes to get a bounceback offer.

"Bounceback" means you need to book your next trip while you are still staying at your resort. You don't receive the offer after you leave.

The bounceback offer can't be booked after you check out of your resort.

Some posters, but not all, who traveled at this time reported receiving a flyer for the bounceback offer in their resort room. The flyer was apparently not placed in the rooms at all resorts. Any guest staying at a Disney resort could book a bounceback offer, but you had to know the number to call, and you had to call it while you were still there.

Oh man, I am so bummed out!!! I just assumed it was something that was offered when you got back thru email. I should have asked at check-out but by then I was "disneyed" out and ready to go home. But now that i am at home I am dreaming of my next Disney vacation. Oh well I guess I will just have to wait for free dining next year!!!!

I think I would have booked anyway - you can always cancel later, but the AP discounts are rarely a better deal than Free Dining. I wish you well, and hope you get the discount next year. We plan to book bounceback when we go in two weeks, and if we change our minds for any reason, we know we can cancel.

If you did not receive a flyer you may call 407-541-5523 and speak to a manager. I was "walked" from POR to SSR and there was no flyer in my DVC room and I was able to book the bounceback after I came home.

call disney directly and ask if you can still do it, as long as you just came home from your last vacation i would think you have a good chance..

I kept checking my room everyday for the bounceback flyer and nothing was in my room. I talked to the front desk and they told me to call reservations to book the bounceback. It took some work, but I finally talked to a manager and they said that not all of the room received the flyers do to some sort of error. After everything was said and done, I finally got to book my reservation for next year.
