Bounceback while staying at the Campgrounds.

Hi all! If I am staying at the campgrounds in a tent but want to book the bounce back offer, can I still do so calling from my cell phone as obviouslyI will not have a resort phone in my tent. Thanks!

From what I understand, BBs do not apply to campsites/RVs. Only the cabins. You are also instructed to call from your room via an extension.

Thank you both for your replies! I wouldn't be booking it to return to the campsites as I know they are excluded, but would choose an eligible resort. When I asked Disney, she said that the Bounceback offers come from a special department and she could not answer my question. Would love to be able to take advantage of it! Thanks for the number. I shall try!
