Bounceback Questions

Sorry for the repeat questions, I'm sure this has been asked before. I have just been learning about bounceback offers, something I did not know about before. My understanding is that they are included in Welcome packages when you check in. Does everyone receive these offers or any select groups? Are all the offers the same or are there different offers for different resorts? We have been several times before, but I don't recall getting any of these offers. Quite possibly I missed them, would like to know what to be looking out for!

They are located in the brochure that is in the room, the booklet is titled "be our GUEST guide" The info on the bounceback is right in the center.

All the resorts get the same offer - sometimes there might be a different one offer at the same time (I had my choice between the room discount or free dining last December). But if you call 8844 from your room phone or the other number listed in the brochure they will tell you what is currently being offered.

As the pp said, all the resorts get the same offer. BBs used to be left in the room by housekeeping, but I think now they are included in the welcome packet that you receive at check in. With that said, sometimes it's not included so if you don't see a BB offer, call X8844 (like the pp mentioned) and ask what offers are available. Even if you are not planning to return so soon, I'd book something just in case as you can always cancel and get your money back, but you can't book a BB once you get home as you have to be a Disney resort guest and must book by your check out day. You can also modify your reservation by changing dates, resort, etc. as long as what you want is available under the original BB and the new dates (if those were to change) were included in the original offer.

My last two trips they have been in the little folder that is in the room. It has info about all the services and amenities for your specific resort and a thicker, color brochure that has the BB info in the middle. I think it is a foldout poster with the characters on one side and BB rates etc. on the other.

Yes, that's how mine was - in the fold-out center of the brochure in the room folder on the desk. I knew to look for it because I read about it here! I checked into my room, had a cold drink, and called to book my next trip (I had even taken some extra GCs to pay the deposit). I was never aware of bounceback offers in several previous trips!

I was lucky enough to know the dates that would be offered in December so I could pre-plan and knew exactly what I wanted. Since the offers change throughout the year, that's not always possible, but this board is a good place to find out when the offer changes.
