Bounceback question

Is there a typical amount of time that the bounceback offers cover? I'm planning a trip in late September and am hoping to get a bounceback for Summer 2012. I can be very flexible with dates for 2012, but just wondering if the bounceback will stretch into next year

I'm really tired of waiting for discounts to come out - would love to have next year's vacation all settled

I'm interested in this as well. I'd rather just set a "placeholder" for next year with the discount than wait for PINs and discounts that I probably will never get.

If offered again this year the Free dining Bounceback is usually offered through the end of sept or longer

All bounceback offers have different terms--it just depends on what is being done when you are there.

When we were there a few years ago, the bounceback offer was for room only discounts for most of the year so there is always a chance it could cover a lot of dates.

We were at WDW April 30th-May 8th and the bounceback covered alot of dates for 2011. Not sure if they've put a new one for 2012 out in the last week or so though.

You may definitely have to be flexible. I know neither Sept 24th-Oct 2nd, Sept 17th-25th, or Oct 1st-Oct 9th were available at either of the resorts we wanted to stay at. We had to move our planned trip back two full weeks to Sept 10th-18th and also had to switch resorts in order to use the bounceback deal, even though all of those dates were supposedly covered in the bounceback deal. (We had already booked Sept 24th-Oct 2nd at POFQ under the GP code that came out last Jan, but switched since the bounceback beat it. The CM had to really work to find dates and a mod resort that would work for us though.)

We also had to move the dates of our Dec vacation back by a week to Nov 27th-Dec 4th in order to use the bounceback, as the first full week of Dec was blacked out for the bounceback, as were a couple days of the next week. We still need Nov 26th too, but it wasn't covered under the bounceback, so we're waiting for the AP discounts to book that one night.

Im new to the whole bounce bk thing, and coming from the uk i didnt think we was allowe to do it!,I know believe we can though do the bounve bk,if money plays ball then i am hpoing to do the Adult only trip with just hubby and I either this october or at least next March if their was a bounce bk offer that we wanted(we want to take our 3 boys bk next yr as i felt so guilty wanting to go without them)
Do you have to pay ur bounce bk holiday that u book right there and then in full?? or is it a deposit per person/ OR NO payment at all at time of booking......sorry just want to make sure i save the funds fior a bouncebk whilst we are over there....

My understanding is that you just have to put the $200 deposit down when booking, and then the remainder is due 45 days before the trip (for a package, that is). If you're booking just the room, I'm guessing you put down a deposit of one night's stay - not sure about this one though!

We had always booked the bounceback until last summer, there was no bounceback, it was just the general public offer of free dining that was being offered at that time and booking had to be done by Dec. Fingers crossed for this summer that they offer it again.
