Bounceback question...

If I book 2 rooms at the bounceback special do I pay 2 deposits or just one?

Normally when you book 2 rooms you have to pay 2 deposits. I'm sure it is the same with bounce back.

The only way I've heard of not paying the 2 deposits is when there are minor children in the other room and sometimes the CM doesn't even do that. Usually one deposit for each room.

Two rooms two deposits. We booked two rooms at POP for next year and had to pay two deposits even though the reservations are linked.

Assume 30% bounceback on villas? Limited usually to
Saratoga Springs and Old Key West????

I booked bounceback last week and here is what happened:

Called and inquired about 2 rooms at PC. Was given a price and asked for $400 deposit from CM ($200 for each room).
Before I gave the deposit, I decided to switch to 1 room at CBR. I then was aked for $200 deposit.
The next day, I changed my mind and decided to go with 2 rooms at PC. (I know, I know..... )
CM said, "Okay you already have a $200 deposit down, so you are all set. Have a Magical Day".

If its one or two adults total its one res with two rooms and $200. Once you hit the 3rd adult its two resses and $400

We're 2 adults, 6 kids, 2 rooms and they charged us a $200 deposit for each room on the day of booking.

But both rooms are on one reservation? Youre only required $200 then. You could if you wanted, call back and have them refund the other $200

I think it depends on the CM. When we booked our bounceback this time we had to give a deposit of $200 for both rooms. Last year we gave one $200 deposit for both rooms.

I appreciate the advice, but it's not a big deal. We already paid off the trip because we had a 3x reward offer on our Disney Visa.

The thing is the system tells the CM how much to take. If theres 2 rooms on one res it says to take $400 but only $200 is required. The newer CM's will ask for $400
