Bounceback, AP, PIN, or Gov Discount @ Dolphin?

staying at YC in november, but planning to return w/ the kids next spring or summer. i'll need to book 2 rooms then, so i'm thinking i'll be better off using my government employee discount at the dolphin (love the epcot resort location!), but.....i'm wondering if i'll get a bounceback offer for a deluxe in november that might be comparable to my swan/dolphin rate? or if the discounts that come with the Annual Pass are better than the bounceback? but i think i read you have to purchase a ticket package when doing a bounceback, so getting an AP would nullify that, right? and then there's the PIN--i got one recently that gave me some great rates this fall ($109/night at CSR, $225 at WL) but i don't know if they get lower.....any thoughts? i think the options i'm considering for 2 rooms in spring/summer are:
1) govt employee discount at swan/dolphin
2) deluxe w/ bounceback
3) deluxe w/ AP
4) deluxe w/ PIN

(though i prefer the epcot/boardwalk aread, would consider trying WL or Poly if i got a great rate)

With the bounceback, you can only book one bounceback room per adult in the current room. So, if there are two adults in your YC room you would each be able to book a room.
Now...with the package...I just booked a bounceback, while at BCV, for POP next Sept. I have an AP, dd has an AP...so, we do just the one park, one day, ticket. We each get one, then when it's time to renew our APs we can apply that one park, one day pass to the cost of the AP...it's about $72. But, you can't use that one day, one park pass..you have to put it away until you're ready to do something with it.
I got a great rate for the three of us in Sept. And, I save close to $500 on the DDP to boot. And, I get to apply my one day, one park pass to my AP renewal.
