I was told last year that there was a fee for changing the level of resort within a BB offer. Example: You switch from deluxe to a mod or a value and you're charged a fee, but not if you move up a level as in a value to a mod or a mod to a deluxe. I may have mentioned it in the past and have been corrected, but I'm currently suffering from 'mommy brain' (happily though) and yes 'mommy brain' is very real

Maybe it was less than the 45 days of arrival date, that the fee was charged.

I may have just had a confused CM on the line..or she was having an off day. I asked about booking a mod and potentially changing to a value and she said there would be a fee for that, so I booked a value at the time to play it safe and later switched.

I had a confused CM recently, as well. She even patched me through to a special line for late payments/past due. I was making a payment for a trip that is scheduled for October 2015.
