We checked out Sunday. No bounce back offer in our room, POFQ. I called the front desk, they told me to call reservations. I called reservations and they said I had to book and get offered through the hotel.

I gave up at that point.

I wish I would have read this thread while I was there.

I guess it's too late now.

Oh I'm sorry to hear that. It's a shame the front desk doesn't know how it works. I didn't have an offer and just called 8844 and told them I wanted free dining. No problem.

But at least you'll know the next time.

The BB offers are in the booklet that sits near the phone with the resort info and things like how to use the phone to make calls.

Most people are saying they don't have them in their room they just don't know where to look. Mousekeeping is to replace those books anytime they are not in the room.

I had one, but it was outdated. It doesn't matter if there's one or not, when you call you can have your pick of any offer available.

This is not always the case. I knew where to look and it wasn't there. I was straight up told that there were no bouncebacks going on by mousekeeping and my hotel. I had to call x8844. From there, I had no trouble. I'm very grateful for Disboards.

I a not interested in Free Dining only RO discounts. I have AP. Are there any RO BB offers . We'll be there next month. We plan on being there a bit in March and then late Sept or early October.

Call 8844 on your resort phone on that day and don't wait. Just tell them you want the free dining bounceback and they will ask what your resort and room number is. Put a deposit down and good to go.

Were there any bounceback offers that went past sept 2014? I thought I remembered free dining for aug/sept but something else for after that? I booked for aug 20-29 2014 when I was there aug 2013 with the free dining bounceback, but we have to move the trip to November. so wondering if there is anything.

You can change the dates of a room that you booked with that bounce back, but the new dates must be within the original BB offer dates. I suggest you call resort reservations, tell them you booked the room through a bounce back offer, and see if they can get you the dates you are looking for.
