bounce back question

So if DH and I go on a couples only trip this fall, would it be possible to book a bounce back that included the entire family(me, DH, 3 kids and grandma) for next fall? Can you book more rooms than the number of rooms you are in while on site during the bounce back trip?

You can book one room per adult in the current room.
