Bounce back question

I'm leaving in a few days for WDW.. I plan to take advantage of the BB deal for next August. Can the # of people be changed AFTER I come home??? We are thinking that the trip will be for just me and DH... but am willing to allow DS to come along....since his fav WDW activity is eating anyway! I just need to know if I should add him just in case... or if I can adjust the party size later. Also, would I be able to upgrade to DXDDP after the fact.... or would I have to do it at booking. DS REALLY likes to eat so if he goes I'd be really tempted to do DX

You can add people as long as you dont exceed the max number of people for the room you booked up to 72 hours from travel, same for upgrading to the deluxe dine
