We were in WDW this Christmas. We tried on a few occasions to talk to someone in the lobby about the free dining package that was being offered for Aug-Sept travel. On our last day we tried again but the time was not good because we had to leave for the airport early...trouble with the CM not being able to confirm our flight on their computers....worked out ok just afew extra minutes at the airport and we could not use ME so we had to leave earlier than expected. so sad. Anyway, we were told to put a postcard in the slot and someone would contact us. A few weeks later someone did and we called back and could not get ahold of the person. Well, someone...not saying who..DH erased the message!!! I have no number to try now. I know it has been weeks since the trip , months even but I would like to try to see if we can still book this. Anyone have any ideas where I should start? I just tried WDW ressies and they didnt have any contact info. Does anyone have a number from when they booked that they could pass on to me?? I am so frustrated!!!! I know it is our fault but I would love to get this worked out. YIKES.
I tried. She said that perhaps the ressie was started and they may contact us but she can't seem to find anything and has no contact #. If anyone needs to make changes to their ressie now they can just go through regular WDW reservations. She thought that there may have been another contact # but she can't find it. Again, oh well, we made a huge mistake!!!!!!! If anyone does find a different contact number please send it to me. Now I will go and try to find a way to get us to WDW, other codes,
MAGIC. Of course we already knew about it from these boards. We were there from Dec 23-31. I tried to get some questions answered about the package because we needed to book a handicapped access room and was unsure how to do that. We always use Special Services. We also had a few questions about if we had our nurse come and she came later and wanted to stay later could she do that. I asked at the front desk and they were the ones who gave us the little post card to fill out. One of hte CMs I spoke to said it was really confusing because it was only at certain times at certain hotels. We asked if we could just book a room from WDW reservations and then change it and we were told no, they would contact us. I didnt like the kiosk, I wish that they had just had the front desk CMs book the beginnig of the package and then you could make the speicifics later. Oh well, we goofed. I did send a short note to guest services to see if they can help in anyway. I also woudl just like to know for future if we can book handicapped ressies with a CM or if we always need to go through Special Services. I'll let you know if I hear anything.
